What is PetVetSupply.com's policy on Privacy?

Your privacy is a very important and sensitive subject for us and we take it very seriously. Our policy is simple; we do not sell, barter, give away or rent your personal information inside our company or outside. We do, however, have partners that assist us with the fulfillment of your orders. Those partners receive only minimal information needed to ship your order promptly (e.g. name and shipping address).

What type of information is required when I place an order?

- Your name

- Billing address

- Shipping address (if different from billing address)

- Phone number. So we may contact you with any questions or concerns we have regarding your order

- Credit card number and expiration date

- E-mail address. So that we can keep you UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER, SHIP DATE, METHOD OF SHIPMENT AND TRACKING NUMBERS.

What type of information in NOT required?

PetVetSupply.com does not request sensitive information such as your social security number, a driver's license number. Our customer's privacy and security are of the utmost concern to us!
